1. Guests are required to present a valid identification document or passport with a valid visa at the Front Desk upon check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if the registration information is inaccurate or incomplete.
2. For safety and security reasons, bringing animals, weapons, hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable chemicals into the Hotel is strictly prohibited.
3. If you wish to share your room with a person who was not included in the original registration, please inform the Front Desk for further assistance and guidance.
4. Any activities that violate the law, disturb public order, involve gambling, prostitution, or the use of prohibited substances within the Hotel are strictly prohibited.
5. Valuable belongings should be stored in the in-room safe or deposited with the Front Desk. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss of valuables that have not been properly secured in accordance with this regulation.
6. Please refer to the fire safety instructions and emergency evacuation procedures provided in your room.
7. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges. Please contact the Front Desk for further information.
8. Guests are kindly requested not to bring food, beverages, or strong-smelling fruits such as durian, as well as seafood, into the Hotel.
9. In the event of any damage to or loss of the Hotel’s equipment, facilities, or property, guests are kindly requested to cooperate in covering the applicable compensation costs according to the price list provided prior to check-out.
10. Guests are kindly requested not to move, rearrange, or alter any equipment or furnishings in the room without prior written approval from the Hotel Management.
11. Guests are kindly requested to comply with all Hotel regulations when using the Hotel’s services and facilities.
12. To cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay, the Hotel requires a VND 2,000,000 deposit upon check-in. Guests may make the deposit in cash or by credit card.
13. Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and public areas.
Smoking violation fee: VND 1,250,000.
